This new addition to the permanent exhibit examines prehistoric objects from the museum collections that have unknown purposes.
When we have no written history, we rely on the archaeological record. Sometimes we encounter objects for which we have no understanding. How were they used? What purpose did they serve? Theories in Stone explores some of these mysterious items and their possible functions. You might just come away with more questions than answers!
Opening day activities include painted pebbles and cave art. Admission is free and open to the public.
